The Superior Edge development team is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to create and enhance systems that support various business processes.  The Software Engineer will be responsible for design, development, testing, maintenance and implementation of applications that are used by a variety of customers.  The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly , work in a fast paced team driven environment, and have the ability to communicate well with non-technical personnel.  Become a member of a growing team developing new technologies in the Software-as-a-Service environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using Java, C# and .Net tools.
• Design, develop and implement customer requirements into the SalesEdge Accelerator™ software solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems and optimize performance of complex web-based systems.
• Design, plan and conduct functional and performance testing.

Required Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
• Knowledge of Java (J2SE and JDBC), Perl, SQL Server and .Net.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or experience in the field.
• Strong object oriented design skills and experience using design patterns.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects against aggressive deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), MySQL, and Jboss Application Server.
• Experience working with a multi-tenant environment.
