Description

The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementation, testing and training of the Sales Edge Accelerator™ software for one or multiple clients. The Consultant will gather customer feedback and document requirements for product development. As required, the Consultant will provide pre-sales and technical support.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Manage the project deliverables and timelines agreed upon in Statements of Work.
  2. Maintain accurate time records for client billing
  3. Lead requirements gathering meetings with the client both on-site and via teleconferences.
  4. Configure and test the Sales Edge Accelerator™ product to meet customer’s requirements which includes data modeling/entry, report development, setup of UI, user hierarchy, and workflow/approvals.
  5. Delivery of client administrator and end user training.
  6. This position also provides pre-sales support and technical support as required.
  7. Other tasks as appropriate

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  1. Project management skills focused on delivering on time and on budget projects while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
  3. 0-2 years experience in complex business and technical environments.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical skills and leadership qualities.
  6. Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic team and product oriented environment.
  7. Competence and experience with MS office tools, relational databases, HTML, XML, and scripting languages.

Desired Skills

  1. Experience developing, implementing or integrating SaaS (OnDemand) or enterprise software applications.
  2. Experience in Agricultural or Insurance industries.
  3. Experience with deployment, maintenance or support of SaaS software in a managed hosting environment.

Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for an office environment and requires travel (50-75%). Work may require occasional evening and/or weekends.
